"Felt like a bait and switch"
I thought this was going to be better based on what was promised, but once I actually tried it, it just didn’t live up to the expectations. It kind of felt like a bait and switch, and in the end it really wasn’t worth it for me.

"Didn’t help me pass, and the emails were confusing"
I used their materials for about two weeks and still ended up failing the exam. A lot of the practice questions didn’t really match what I saw on the actual test, and the explanations felt thin, so I didn’t feel like I was really learning from them. What made it more confusing was that the email would say one thing, but then the materials or instructions seemed to say something else. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it wasn’t worth the money.

"I tried prepaway.com thinking it would help..."
I tried prepaway.com thinking it would help me focus my studying, but i started wondering if I had picked the wrong material or maybe misunderstood what it was supposed to cover.

A lot of the questions felt kind of random to me and didn’t really match the exam areas I was trying to practice. Maybe I was expecting something different, but it just didn’t feel that aligned.

Instead of making studying easier, it ended up making me more confused. I kept jumping around trying to find the useful parts, and after a while, that got frustrating.

"Downloads only work when they want to"
I bought from PrepAway the downloads were a pain. It felt like they worked when they wanted to. Two of them stopped halfway through, and one file took forever just to open. Support did get back to me, but by then I’d already wasted a bunch of time messing with it. Maybe other people have better luck, but for me it was frustrating.

"not fresh enough for exam prep"
i used prepaway.com while getting ready for a recent exam, some of the material felt a bit outdated. a few questions were helpful, but others didn’t really line up with the topics i actually saw or expected. it’s not a terrible resource, but if you need the most current prep, it might not be enough on its own. i ended up checking other sites too, which was annoying.

"Still not totally sure what to think"
I bought one of the prep packs last week while I was making coffee and trying to squeeze in a little studying before work. Some of the questions were helpful, but a few felt kind of outdated, and I couldn’t really verify where the info was coming from. I emailed support and they did get back to me, but it took longer than I expected. I’m not saying it’s a scam or anything like that, just that I didn’t come away feeling fully confident about it.

"Delivery took forever"
My order showed up way later than it should have, and the whole thing was frustrating. I don’t mind a small delay, but this was just way too slow. What made it worse was getting those canned apology messages that didn’t really say anything or help at all.

"Not sure it was worth the price"
I mean, the material was okay overall, but I’m not sure it really matched the price. I guess I expected a bit more in terms of updates and overall quality for what I paid. It wasn’t terrible, but i probably wouldn’t say it felt worth it.

"The ad didn’t really match what I got"
I tried prepaway.com because the ad made it sound like the material would be accurate and basically what I needed, but once I paid and got into it, it just didn’t line up the way I expected. Some of it felt different from what was being promised, and I kept thinking, okay, maybe I missed something on the page, but no, it just wasn’t as clear as it should’ve been. It felt a bit misleading, and I wouldn’t say the advertising was accurate based on my experience. I just wish they had been more upfront about what was actually included and what to realistically expect

"Practice tests felt a bit off"
I can’t say for sure since I don’t have a ton to compare it against, but the practice tests didn’t feel super accurate to me. Some of the questions just seemed a little different from what I expected.

"Pretty hard to trust"
I tried using prepaway.com, it just felt unreliable to me. Some of the content looked outdated, and I wasn’t really sure what I was actually paying for. Overall, I didn’t feel comfortable trusting it and probably wouldn’t use it again.

The site felt really messy, and I got lost quickly. it almost seemed like they made certain things harder to find on purpose, maybe to push people toward specific pages or options. I just wanted to get in, find what I needed, and move on, but it ended up being way more frustrating than it should’ve been...

I tried to pay and it said the payment didn’t go through, but then my card was still charged. Not really sure what happened with that whole thing, but it was a annoying experience

"Getting into my account was way more stressful than it should’ve been"
After I paid, I suddenly couldn’t get into my account, which was the last thing I expected to deal with. The login kept telling me my details were wrong, even after I reset the password. Support did eventually reply, but it took longer than I thought it would, and I had to explain the same issue twice. I got back in later, but the whole thing added unnecessary stress and made me feel a lot less confident using the site.

"I’ve had a hard time finding things in..."
I’ve had a hard time finding things in the app. The menus feel kind of messy, and just when I think I’ve figured out where something is, it feels like the goalposts move and I have to hunt for it all over again. It’s annoying.

"Not worth the money for me"
I used PrepAway to study, i was disappointed. I was trying to save money and avoid paying for more expensive prep materials, but a lot of the questions felt outdated, and a few answers seemed wrong when I double-checked them.

When I took the real exam, several topics were totally different from what I saw in their dumps. For what I paid, I expected it to at least be somewhat close, but it just felt like wasted time and money. I wouldn’t use it again.

"Refund turned into a whole runaround"
I asked for a refund thinking it would be straightforward, but it just turned into weeks of delays and vague replies. I kept feeling like I was being passed around from one person to another, and nobody actually wanted to take responsibility or give me a clear answer. Still haven’t gotten my money back, which is really frustrating. I wouldn’t use them again.
